Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman Sam Graves (R-MO) and Ranking Member Rick Larsen (D-WA) issued the following statement in response to the passing of Rhonda Massie, wife of Congressman and T&I Committee Member Thomas Massie of Kentucky:
