SGMC Health Names Parks as Director of Hospital Physician Operations

SGMC Health is pleased to welcome Luke Parks as the Director of Hospital Physician Operations. In this role, Parks will oversee the administrative and financial aspects of SGMC Health's employed hospital physician practices, ensuring efficient operations and continued excellence in patient care.

Parks brings a wealth of experience and education to this role. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from Middle Georgia State University and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University. Park's career journey has been marked by progressive roles, beginning as an administrator in training and most recently serving as Business Manager of Procedural Services for a health system.

In addition to his impressive academic and professional achievements, Parks is actively involved in professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives, Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Purdue Alumni Medical Network.
