Lincoln Woods Barracks

On July 23, at 7:03 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Lucario, age 59, of 55 Fales Street Apt. 4 Central Falls, Rhode Island for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident- Damage to Attended Vehicle and 2.) Driving with Expired/Without license 4th + offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Charles Street in the City of Providence and the subject turning himself in at Lincoln Woods Barracks. Lucario was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court arraignment date.
