S&C Advises a subsidiary of China Minsheng Investment Group in Completing Consent Solicitation for USD 3.8% Notes Due 2024

On August 30, Boom Up Investments, a subsidiary of China Minsheng Investment Group, completed a consent solicitation in relation to its English law-governed, Singapore-listed USD 3.8% guaranteed notes due 2024.
