Succulents for Soups: Small plants, big impact on hunger and water use

Do you have extra canned goods or non-perishable items in your pantry? Now is the perfect time to give back to the community and help reduce food insecurity!

Donate from November 12 - December 18

From Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 - 4:00 p.m., bring your non-perishable food items to the Utility Exploration Center at 1501 Pleasant Grove Boulevard, and as a token of our appreciation, you'll receive a complimentary succulent, provided by our partners at Green Acres Nursery and Supply.

Last year, we were proud to collect over 7,000 pounds of food, all of which went directly to the Roseville St. Vincent de Paul Society to help combat hunger. This year, we're aiming to make an even greater impact, and we need your help!

Not only will your donation help local families in need, but the succulents you receive are a reminder of the importance of water efficiency. These drought-tolerant plants are perfect for conserving water, and with each succulent, you'll also get tips on how to make your home more water-efficient.

Help us make a difference-both in our community and for the environment. This offer is valid while supplies last, so donate today, help decrease food insecurity, and do your part in conserving water!
