On July 29, 2024, the reporting person sold 4,000,000 shares of the Issuer's common stock, individually, to the 2020 Lindsay Moroun Trust in a privately negotiated transaction. These 4,000,000 shares were previously distributed to the reporting person by the Moroun Grantor Trust and were reported as indirectly beneficially owned by the Moroun Grantor Trust in the reporting person's prior reports. The reporting person serves as trustee of the 2020 Lindsay Moroun Trust and the Moroun Grantor Trust.

On July 29, 2024, the Manuel J. Moroun Trust sold 73,700 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer to the 2020 Lindsay Moroun Trust in a privately negotiated transaction. The reporting person serves as trustee of the Manuel J. Moroun Trust and the 2020 Lindsay Moroun Trust. These shares were inadvertently omitted from the reporting person's prior reports following his appointment as trustee of the Manuel J. Moroun Trust.
