Elizabeth River Ferry Temporarily Out of Service
The Elizabeth River Ferry is temporarily out of service as of 3:30 PM. Portsmouth customers are advised to board the Route 45 at Crawford & County. Norfolk customers are advised to board the Route 45 at either Civic Plaza or MacArthur Station.
