The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Searle Bros. Construction Co. (F032026, P0038230):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Searle Bros. Construction Co. to construct the Searle Bros. Granger Southwest pit, a 39 acre pit, which will include sand and gravel stockpiling, exposed acreage and haul activity. The Searle Bros. Granger Southwest is located in the SE¼ of Section 32, T19N, R111W, approximately 1,000 feet southwest of Granger Elementary School, in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. The applicant estimates an annual production rate of 560,000 tons. No blasting, crushing/screening, concrete batch plants or hot mix asphalt plants are planned for this site.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F032026 and permit number P0038230 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sweetwater County Library, Green River, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Sweetwater County Clerk's Office, Green River, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.
