M-25 chip seal starts July 8 in Bay County

BAY CITY, Mich. -The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be improving a portion of M-25 (E. Center Road) from Cecilia Court to the Tuscola County linein Bay County. Work will include chip sealing.
