The City of Denton City Council will hold a public hearing and consider a request by Elite Hospitality Services for an amendment to an existing Planned Development Overlay District (PD) to facilitate an indoor recreation facility. The approximately 3.185-acre site is generally east of I-35N and approximately 1,078.03 feet south of W. Windsor Drive, in the City of Denton, Denton County, Texas.
