TowerBrook Capital Partners to invest in IDAK Food Group

Fried Frank acted as counsel to TowerBrook Capital Partners on its acquisition of IDAK Food Group, a premium frozen food platform based in Switzerland and Italy. TowerBrook replaces the previous financial stakeholders Invision, Nord Holding, and LGT as the new majority shareholder, subject to regulatory approval. This strategic acquisition is intended to strengthen IDAK's capital base and support its ambitious growth and acquisition plans across Europe.
