Abstract
NIST has tested a prototype portable quantum traceable pressure standard for the calibration of pressure gauges. The low-pressure limit of this device was extended by making some minor upgrades. The performance over the range of 0.01 Pa to 400000 Pa was evaluated by comparison to commercially available devices. Performance of the quantum device has exceeded that of traditional standards and the range can be extended further with the next generation that is currently under development.
