Garamendi Issues Statement on President Joe Biden’s Oval Office Address

WASHINGTON, DC- Today, U.S. Representative John Garamendi (D-CA08) issued the following statement after President Biden delivered remarks to the nation from the Oval Office:

"During his address to the nation, President Biden once again displayed his commitment to the American people and our democracy. His incredible leadership created the most consequential legislation in the past 50 years, setting the nation on a path to a robust economy where every American has the opportunity to thrive. President Biden made it clear that he intends to pursue fundamental policies that will complete his agenda of progress, with a particular emphasis on seeking Supreme Court reforms.

"I look forward to working with President Biden and Vice President Harris from now until January 20th and beyond as they continue the progress they have made together over the last four years."
