City Administrative Offices Closed Monday, October 14 for Columbus Day

City of Syracuse administrative offices will be closed on Monday, October 14 in observance of the Columbus Day federal holiday. Trash and recycling collection will operate according to the regular schedule.
Next week is the first week of biweekly recycling pickup. Properties designated for A-Week pick up should set out recycling for their regular pick-up day next week. To check whether your property is A or B, go to syr.gov/carts.
The Department of Public Works yard waste self-drop-off site, located at 1200 Canal Street, will be closed to the public on Monday, October 14. Metered parking in the city will be free on Monday.
