Bangor male arrested for criminal mischief 2nd

On August 5, 2024, State Police members arrested Carson J. Thomas, age 25, of Bangor, NY, for criminal mischief 2nd.

On June 19, 2024, at approximately 9:06 a.m., Troopers responded to County Route 20 in the town of Constable for a domestic dispute. An investigation determined Thomas and the victim were involved in a verbal argument. Thomas became angry when he was told he could not bring his sister to the beach with him. He then intentionally hit the victim's vehicle with his truck and proceeded to leave the scene. The estimated damage was over $3,000.

Thomas was located, arrested, and transported to SP Malone for processing. He was arraigned in the Town of Malone Court and released on his own recognizance.
