Eiffage Construction is rehabilitating the « Grand Hôtel des Voyageurs » in Paris

The operation involves the rehabilitation of a 4-star hotel, as well as the merger of two adjacent structures, the Marcel and Voyageur hotels. It will require the involvement of a team of more than 40 people from all trades. The work includes the demolition and alignment of floors, the reinforcement of the metal structure, and the creation of a wooden framework in the inner courtyard. Despite the complexity of the intervention, the Marcel hotel will remain operational, with restaurants continuing to operate on the ground floor and basement.

After renovation, the Grand Hôtel des Voyageurs will include a total of 56 rooms and suites.
Although the project does not have specific sustainable development features, it will be carried out in compliance with the "element-by-element" thermal regulations.

The construction site, located in the area affected by the Paris Games, will require the release of rights-of-way during the summer period. The work, which began after a two-month preparation phase, is scheduled to last a total of 20 months, with an estimated delivery date of November 14, 2025.

Congratulations to our teams for winning this great project!
