Through her work with the Connected Home Research Platform, Sun and her colleagues use AI models to translate P&G's consumer data into new insights and concepts. The goal? Users that are better informed about the products they choose, from laundry soap to face cream, and the ability to more rapidly innovate new enhancements, products and packaging.

Across three continents, these three pathfinders - Budi Saputra, Lorenz Maierhofer and Rafal Kawala - immediately understood the power of GenAI and how it could transform P&G's business processes from ideation to reducing costs. To date, three new products, including ChatPG, are already in use across the company with a fourth on its way, and adoption within the company has been swift. The team, committed to responsibly training employees on how to use the tools, have watched as adoption of ChatPG has grown to over 30,000 users to date.
