State Police investigate fatal Pittstown crash

On September 29, 2024, State Police of Brunswick responded to the reports of a one-car crash in the area of State Route 67 in Pittstown, NY.

On September 29, 2024, at about 1:28 p.m., Troopers responded to the area of State Route 67 in Pittstown, NY, for the reports of a vehicle crashed off the roadway. The investigation determined the car being driven by Jason A. Graham, 49, of Petersburgh, NY, was traveling eastbound when he failed to navigate a curve, left the roadway, and struck a tree. Graham sustained severe injuries in the crash and was declared deceased at the scene.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
