On December 10, 2024, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Wayne Mulligan, age 35, of 1560 Douglas Avenue, Apartment B17, North Providence, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornograpghy. Mr. Mulligan was transported to the Lincoln Barrack for processing, then to Sixth District Court for arraignment. Mr. Mulligan was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Goulart and issued $10,000 personal recognizance with limited internet use and no contact with minors.
