The City of Arcadia's Development Services Department has launched the Arcadia Transit Service Assessment, a comprehensive initiative aimed at evaluating and improving the City's transit options, including both the fixed-route service and the dial-a-ride program. This effort seeks to identify enhancements and explore new services that better serve the needs of the community.
Starting today, a public survey is open to all residents-transit users and non-users alike-inviting feedback on the City's transit system. The survey focuses on key areas such as satisfaction with existing services, suggestions for new services or improvements, and overall access and convenience. Residents can access the survey, along with additional project details, online at ArcadiaCA.gov/TransitStudy. Versions of the survey in Chinese and Spanish are also available upon request or in person at City Hall. To request a translated version of the survey, please contact the Transportation Services Division at (626) 574-5435 or by email at [email protected].
The City urges all residents to participate, as this is a key opportunity to have a direct impact on the future of Arcadia's transit services.
