Village Launching New Portal to Streamline Building Permit Applications & Code Enforcement

The Village is launching a new cloud-based software called Cloudpermit that will allow community members to complete their entire building permit process online and easily submit code enforcement concerns.

Code Enforcement Portal Now Active

Through Cloudpermit, users can submit a concern by searching for an address or selecting an address using the interactive map. No account or log-in is required. After you submit a concern through the Code Enforcement portal, your concern is immediately submitted to the Village of Roselle for our Code Compliance Inspector to review and resolve.

Building Permits Portal Coming Soon

Building permit applications will soon be accepted through Cloudpermit, which will replace the Village's existing building permit application process. Users will need to register for an account when the building permit portal is ready. Through Cloudpermit, you can:

• Apply online, even from a mobile device
• Check the status of your building permit or building inspection
• Schedule or cancel building inspections
• Request and submit changes to an existing building permit
