For the second time in two weeks, independent fact checkers have called Don Davis' claims in his campaign ads FALSE.

Today, both 13NewsNow and the Coast Guard are calling out Davis for the false claim that he is "delivering essential aircraft for Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City."
