Partners Teresa Goody Guillén, Marco Molina, Richard Raile and John Harrington and Associates Jeffrey Lyons, Michael Neminski, Ambika Singhal and Alexandra Trujillo have been named Litigators of the Week by Law.com for their representation of an investor in his dispute with a corporate board regarding advance notice bylaws.

The board of AIM ImmunoTech Inc. rejected the board member nominations of individual stockholders Ted Kellner, Todd Deutsch and Robert Chionini, by adopting new bylaws in an effort to interfere with the nominations and maintain control of the board. The Delaware Supreme Court ruled that the amended bylaws were the product of an improper motive and purpose, inequitable and unenforceable.
