"Your remarkable forum has an important and much-needed mission: it serves as an authoritative platform for showcasing advanced achievements in domestic agriculture, discussing current issues in the agro-industrial complex, promoting the prestige of professions related to working on the land, and attracting energetic, talented and enterprising young people to the industry.

Today, the Saratov Region, one of Russia's recognised agricultural centres, is welcoming the strongest teams of farm machinery operators from different regions of our country and foreign countries. The rich programme of the championship, along with the high skill level of ploughmen and the spirit of fair competition invariably captivate a wide audience. This allows them to become acquainted with the traditions of hard, painstaking labour of farmers, which demands special qualities: perseverance, a diligent work ethic, and, most importantly, a love for their homeland and its people."
