Senior Health Day

Maintaining good health and wellness after age 55 will be the focus of a free community event taking place 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13 at the Diamond Bar Center, 1600 Grand Avenue.

Senior Health Day will feature several community healthcare and insurance providers providing free health screenings including blood pressure checks, glucose tests and oral cancer exams, as well as information about insurance programs for older adults.

Also at the event, City staff will be providing information about the various activities, classes and clubs available to residents age 55 and older. Free refreshments and door prizes will be available throughout the event.
