Data from Citizens Advice consumer service helpline confirms that bogus selling and online shopping remain key issues for those reporting scams to the consumer service.
Led by this data, Citizens Advice has launched a #ScamAware campaign that focusses on supporting consumers who might have been affected by online shopping scams when buying in the Christmas period, as well as offering support to consumers hoping to find deals in the January sales.
