(b) On September 12, 2024, Michael Griffin notified Rocket Lab USA, Inc. (the "Company") of his retirement and resignation as a member of the Company's Board of Directors and the Board Committees on which he serves effective immediately. Mr. Griffin's resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company and the Board thank Mr. Griffin for his invaluable insights, perspective, and commitment during his service on the Company's Board.
