Erin Pauley Named a 2024 Product Liability Rising Star by Law360

CHICAGO - Law360 has named partner Erin M. Pauley a 2024 Rising Star in the area of product liability. Pauley is one of only five attorneys recognized nationwide in the area.

Pauley represents manufacturers and national retailers in product liability and mass torts litigation matters across the country. She has taken and defended high-risk depositions, argued significant trial and appellate motions, and tried cases to verdict as first and second chair counsel. In addition, Pauley regularly assists pro bono clients with a range of legal issues, including, but not limited, to non-competes, prisoner due process violations, and animal custody disputes.
