Fall Festivals and Events Usher in Autumn in Annapolis

ANNAPOLIS, MD (September 19, 2024) - As cooler temperatures arrive in the mid-Atlantic region, local Annapolis organizations, businesses, and City of Annapolis Departments are preparing for fall celebrations. [Please note that some of these events have road closures and parking restrictions, as indicated below]:

  • Sunday, September 22 - Oktoberfest in West Annapolisfrom 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Road closures and parking restrictions on Annapolis Street and Giddings Avenue from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit www.west-annapolis.com/oktoberfest.

  • Saturday, September 28 - Hispanic Heritage Festival at Pip Moyer Recreation Centerfrom 12 to 4 p.m. For more information, visit www.annapolis.gov/189/Recreation-Parks.

  • Sunday, October 6 and November 3 - First Sunday Arts on Inner West Streetfrom 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Road closures and parking restrictions on West Street and Calvert Street from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, visit www.innerweststreetannapolis.com/first-sunday-arts-festivals.

  • Sunday, October 27 - Crab Cake Hauntfrom 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Road closures and parking restrictions on Annapolis Street and Giddings Avenue from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

In addition to these events, Dinner Under the Stars on West Street continues Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. (weather permitting) through September 28; then Saturdays only, October 5, 12 and 26.
