Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $715 million aggregate principal amount of 6.125% senior notes due 2032 and a €350 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2032 by Perrigo Finance Unlimited Company.

Proceeds from the offering were used for a refinancing.
