Section of Rufus Johnson Road closed for water meter repair

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Clarksville Gas & Water has closed a section of Rufus Johnson Road from Madison Street to the City Forum entrance for water meter repair.

Motorists are advised to use Madison Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway/Hwy. 76 to access the north end of Rufus Johnson Road and the businesses at 2231 Madison Street.

The water meter repair is anticipated to be finished and the road reopened by approximately 8 p.m.
