Baker McKenzie legal counsel to NIP Group in its IPO on Nasdaq Global Market in New York
On 26 July 2024, the trading in NIP Group's American depositary shares ("ADSs") commenced on Nasdaq Global Market in New York. The price in the offering was USD 9.00 per ADS, corresponding to a total market value of the company of approximately USD 505 million.
