Orange County - The Town of Wawayanda Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed RDM #7 Route 6 Logistics Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application submitted Real Deal Management Inc. (RDM), to the Planning Board for approval to develop two parcels, totaling approximately 42+ acres of vacant land (tax IDs: 4-1-55.11 and 4-1-55.12) (Project Site) with a new 397,196 square foot distribution warehouse, inclusive of 20,000 square foot of office space, off-street parking for 250 vehicles, ninety (90) loading docks, 136 trailer storage spaces (inclusive of 32 "banked" spaces that will only be constructed if requested by a tenant and approved by or otherwise required by the Town Building Department) and related infrastructure including stormwater controls, utility lines (water, sewer, electric, gas, etc.), dark-sky compliant lighting and landscaping (Project). Access to the Project Site will be from U.S. Route 6. The project is located on the west side of U.S. Route 6 in the Town of Wawayanda, New York.
