The Parks and Recreation Department today announced that repairs will begin Wednesday, July 31 at various locations on the Dietrich, Mopac and Billy Wolff trails. The work is expected to be complete by August 9.

Work areas include:

  • Dietrich Trail between Lintel Park, 2104 Holdrege St. and UPCO Park, 2931 N. 40th St.
  • Billy Wolff Trail south of Pine Lake Road between South 91st and South 95th streets
  • MoPac Trail between Antelope Valley Parkway and 70th Street

Repair work includes cutting vertical pavement separations to smooth the trail surface. The work areas will be limited to one side of a trail at a time and the trails will remain open. Trail users should expect dust and loud noises at the work areas and are advised to use caution.
