The securities trading of Da Lue International Holding Co., Ltd. (code: 4804) will be suspended trading starting on August 23, 2024

Taipei Exchange (TPEx) announced that Da Lue International Holding Co., Ltd. (code: 4804) failed to follow the "Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Information Reporting by Companies with TPEx Listed Securities". Thus, TPEx asked the company to make information disclosure within the period of time prescribed by TPEx on August 2 and August 14, 2024, as well as imposed a penalty of NT$200,000 and NT$250,000, respectively. Furthermore, TPEx announced that the securities trading of Da Lue International Holding Co., Ltd. contiuned under an altered trading method and subjected to the periodic trading method starting on August 16, 2024.

However, the company still failed to make information disclosure, which was found in fulfillment of provision under Article 12-1, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 6 of the "Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Securities Trading on the TPEx". As a result, TPEx announced trading in the securities of Da Lue International Holding Co., Ltd. will be suspended starting on August 23, 2024.
