10th Anniversary of the Honorary Consulate of Armenia in Fresno

On November 17, Dr. Karen Israyelyan, Consul General of Armenia in Los Angeles, visited Fresno to participate in the gala reception dedicated to the 10^th anniversary of the establishment of the Honorary Consulate of Armenia in Fresno. The event was organized by Mr. Berj Apkarian, Honorary Consul of Armenia in Fresno. Congressman Jim Costa from California District 21, H.E. Lilit Makunts, Ambassador of Armenia to the USA, H.E. Kristina Kvien, US Ambassador to Armenia, Mr. Sam Simonian, the President of the AGBU, Archbishop Gegham Khacherian, Prelate of Western Prelacy of the US, representatives of state and city authorities, judicial, police and law-enforcements services and the Armenian community participated in this event.
