Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $450 million of senior secured notes by Victra Holdings, LLC and Victra Finance Corp.

Cahill also represented the dealer managers in connection with Victra Holdings, LLC and Victra Finance Corp.'s tender offer to redeem any and all of the outstanding $727.833 million 7.750% Senior Secured Notes due 2026.
