NEW VIDEO: Mike Rogers Cashed In to Make Millions and Sold Michiganders Out

New digital video highlights Rogers cashing in on the favors he did for special interests, making a fortune working with businesses tied to Chinese and Saudi tech, and selling Michiganders out

LANSING - With less than two weeks until the primary election, today the Michigan Democratic Party released "Cashed In," a new digital video hitting Mike Rogers on using his Congressional connections to make millions of dollars working to help businesses tied to foreign adversaries.

The video highlights how Rogers enriched himself working for businesses tied to Chinese tech and cell phone companies, Saudi-owned cyber and tech companies, and Saudi nuclear power projects. These foreign ties helped increase Mike Rogers' personal wealth up to twenty times.

"Mike Rogers can't hide from his extensive record of enriching himself at the expense of Michiganders. It's clear that Rogers is only looking out for himself, even when it hurts working families," said Michigan Democratic Party spokesperson Sam Chan.

"Cashed In" Script:

Where has he been?

We're talking about Senate candidate Mike Rogers.

So after decades as a politician, Rogers left Congress, cashed in on all the favors he did for the special interests in Washington, made a fortune, and moved to Florida.

How?

Rogers used his Congressional connections to make millions working to help businesses tied to Chinese tech and cell phone companies, Saudi-owned cyber and tech companies, and Saudi nuclear power projects where they would get paid $1 million for each new nuclear plant they built.

These foreign ties helped increase Mike Rogers' personal wealth up to twenty times. As much as $14 million.

And Rogers used his millions to make that move to Florida. Buy a million-dollar mansion and two luxury yachts. Mike Rogers cashed in on Congress, on his connections, for himself. And sold us out.
