Stéphane Davin and Antoine Caillard distinguished in the 2024 edition of the 'CAC 40 lawyers' rankings by Forbes France and LJA

Stéphane Davin, partner and head of the M&A department of Baker McKenzie Paris, has been ranked for a second consecutive year in the "Top 40 CAC 40 lawyers" category.

Antoine works on mergers and acquisitions of listed or unlisted companies, and LBOs, and the establishment of strategic partnerships such as joint ventures on a national, multi-jurisdictional and cross-border scale.
