Kirkland Advises CITIC Capital on Sale in AsiaInfo Technologies

Kirkland & Ellis advised CITIC Capital on its HK$1.46 billion sale of a 20.32% stake in AsiaInfo Technologies Limited (HKSE: 1675) to AsiaInfo Security Technologies Co., Limited (688225.SH). The transaction was signed on January 16, 2024 and closed on November 8, 2024.
