Vasquez invites bomb maker to NM-02

A Palestinian man who was convicted in Israel of making a bomb and served 20 months in Israeli prison was just arrested at the NM-02 border.

On the Las Cruces City Council, Gabe Vasquez tried to make it harder for local New Mexico police to coordinate on security along the southern border. He's also called border security a "racist, environmentally destructive, massive waste of money" and "a glorification of xenophobia." Since coming to Congress, Gabe Vasquez has voted against securing the border and voted against hiring more CBP agents.
