HUD Installation Program Monitoring Contractor Update

New information has been received from HUD on the change in MH program monitoring contractors.

IMHA members should now mail or email their 305, 306, 307 and 309 forms to the new addresses. It is still unknown how they are handling any 307 applications that may have been in the works when the change took place. Installers who have not heard anything on the status of their submittals should resend their initial or renewal forms to Tribal One to make sure they are not lost in the transition. Peter Uson, Project Manager and Jeff Simpson, Assistant Project Manager will be the points of contact.
