TRAFFIC ALERT: Permit Work requires full closure within U.S. Rout…

CLAY COUNTY - Permit work requires temporary closure of all lanes on southbound and northbound U.S. Route 169 and ramps from approximately 0.25 miles south of NW Tiffany Springs Parkway and NW 96th Street Bridge overpasses in Kansas City from approximately 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 21, so crews can attach overhead aerial line. The Kansas City Police Department will assist with traffic control. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
