The County of San Luis Obispo is hosting a public Town Hall discussion about community development in Los Osos. Topics include growth management, the Los Osos Habitat Conservation Plan, the "Los Osos Waitlist to Build", and the upcoming County Board of Supervisors hearing on October 29th, 2024.

Los Osos is on the cusp of having an updated blueprint for community development with proposed amendments to the Estero Area Plan and the Los Osos Community Plan.
