Pre-Population of Pre-Production Logins

Cboe Canada has pre-populated your firm's Cboe Tech pre-production logical ports with default port attributes based on your firm's current port counts in the Cboe Canada legacy technology production environment. Firms are strongly encouraged to test connectivity to their logical ports prior to weekend test participation. Telnetting is allowed 24/7, and firms can log on Monday through Friday during standard trading hours.

You can view your Logical Ports in the Cboe Customer Web Portal at any time, and you can review FIX/BOE order entry port settings by selecting "View Port Attributes Info" as shown in the image below.

If additional pre-production ports are needed, please submit a Logical Port Request via the Cboe Customer Web Portal. You may also 'Modify' existing ports via the Logical Port Request tool by selecting the relevant ports and inputting into the 'Notes' field the attributes you wish to change. Please refer to the Cboe Canada Technology Migration Microsite for links to our FIX and BOE specifications and to view a list of available port attributes.

If you do not have access to the above tools, please contact your Account Administrator(s) to obtain access. Please log out of the Cboe Customer Web Portal and then log in again after permission changes are made.
