Announcement On Membership Termination of Phnom Penh Securities Plc. as a Member (Securities Underwriter) of Cambodia Securities Exchange

In accordance with the Membership Rules of the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), annexed to Prakas No. 003/11 SECC/Pr.K, dated August 3, 2011, on the Implementation of the CSX's Membership Rules, CSX is pleased announce to all members, participants, and the public that it has approved the application for the membership termination of Phnom Penh Securities Plc. as a member (securities underwriter) of the CSX, effective from October 10, 2024.

Accordingly, all members, participants, and the public are hereby informed.
