The City of Cape Coral's Bulk Waste Drop-off Site (1200 Kismet Parkway) will resume regular hours of operation beginning next week.
The City extended the Bulk Waste Drop-off Site's operating hours in response to Hurricane Milton. Due to a decline in use, the site will return to operating Tuesday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Located on the west side of the North Cape Government Complex, the bulk-drop off-site entrance is off Northwest 14th Avenue, at the western portion of the complex.
Commercial businesses are prohibited from using the facility because the program is an optional complementary service for residential use only. Proof of residency may be required to dispose of items. Household chemical waste and recycling will not be accepted at the drop-off location.Debris Drop-off Sites:
Following Hurricane Milton, the City opened two debris drop-off sites that operate seven days a week, 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. These sites are anticipated to remain open until mid-November.
They will accept C&D debris and vegetative waste from residents with ID (no commercial or contractor debris).
