IoT Tech: Sequans Communications Completes Sale to Qualcomm
Sequans Communications S.A. (NYSE: SQNS), a supplier of 4G and 5G semiconductor solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT), has completed the sale of its 4G IoT technology to Qualcomm, the U.S. mobile chip giant.

THE IMPACT
Sequans strengthens its balance sheet and retains full rights to continue to use the technology commercially, via a perpetual license agreement, supporting the company's ability to expand its 4G business and develop its 5G portfolio.
