PUEBLO-The City of Pueblo is responding to the recent snowstorm which affected many residents with fallen branches, tree limbs and other debris damage. A drop-off location will be available Friday, Nov. 15 through Sunday, Nov. 17 at 1201 E. Northern Avenue.
"We know many of our residents are cleaning up broken branches, limbs and yard debris, so we want to offer a free drop-off location," said Director of Pueblo Public Works Andrew Hayes. "The site will be open to residents of Pueblo throughout the weekend to provide a convenient and easy option for disposal."
The tree debris drop-off event will take place at Pueblo Wood Products located at 1201 E. Northern Ave. The location will be open and available to City of Pueblo residents from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Items accepted for disposal include trees, branches and limbs, no other waste will be accepted. No commercial waste accepted and no after-hours dumping. Large or commercial vehicles may be turned away.
"We hope our residents will take advantage of this free opportunity to dispose of their limb and branch debris while this location is open," said Hayes.
