The Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is accepting sealed Letters of Interest (LOIs) for the purchase and rehabilitation of a property within the North Greenwood CRA at 1105 Carlton Street, Clearwater, FL 33755 (Parcel I.D. No.: 10-29-15-33534-003-0150).
